MOTOCROSS... It's a sport of complete insanity, there's no coaches, no rulebooks, no limits beyond your imagination. A fan sees a personality and watches that personality perform. A fan sees a rider practice and understands pain. BUT a fan will never have to fly through the air pondering which bones take the least amount of time to heal; a fan won't have to choose between a broken back or two broken wrists. I've seen riders sit on their quads, and pray for twenty minutes. I've seen kids with ADHD sit silently for hours just staring at a track. Fear? - a balancing act, between normality and idiocy, it paralyzes the majority, but gives clarity to some.

I am a T5(thorax 5 vertabrae) complete paraplegic from an ATV accident on August 20th, 2006.... lets say I wasn't goin fast enough lol... Even though I was injured from riding I still ride my yfz 450 to fullest that I am able to and I push myself hard as I can each ride I will never slow down for anyone.

I like to work out, play wheelchair basketball for The Halifax Heat and Halifax Storm, on the Canada Games team for 2011 in wheelchair bball, Ambassador of Rick Hansen Foundation, Canadian Representive of the Ability Riders of Tomorrow Foundation(ART) , hang out with friends, listen to music, pull wheelies, and love going big and fast. I aiming to be d carded when I turn 23 for the Canaidan National Wheelchair basketball team and hopefully be on the squad for 2012 paralympics. I became the 1st Canadian Paraplegic to race motocross on July 12th, 2008 in Summerside, PEI at the Stuntapalooza Arenacross. I raced the 2008 Redbud ATV AMA national thanks to Todd Macke and his ART racing program. I became the 1st paraplegic to ever race an ATV National. I I plan on going back and racing another ATV National and do I plan on qualifying I am even gonna ride harder than before. Like my friend Anthony says always aim high and things will workout for you.

Some people may think I am out of my mind some think I am an amazing person for not letting the fact I'm in a wheelchair get to me. I may of gotten hurt riding but the only way I won't ride is the day I can't get out of bed. Riding and racing is my life its like they say its like the mafia; once in your racing you can't get out. If you don't like it than no biggie. I simply refuse to let my disability limit me. I live by a few sayings never give up, it don't matter how many times you get knocked down its all about how you get up, and if you want something in life you gotta put your head down and work for it! and Thats how I roll, and oh yeah since i'm in a chair gotta pull the wheelies:P

I live for atv motocross, atv riding, snomobiling and anything that gives me a rush. I play wheelchair basketball for the halifax heat/storm and sledge hockey currently training for the 2011 canada games(in halifax) for wheelchair basketball i plan on bringin home a medal preferably gold on home turf, wheeliesn |Rick Hansen Foundation/Wheels in Motion, Ability Riders of Tomorrow, Active Living Alliance
